Dunn & Morgan serve the project owner as an on-site representative for the daily administration, inspection, and observation of locally or federally funded (INDOT) and (LPA) roadway and bridge construction projects.
Material Testing
We perform and/or observe asphalt, soils, concrete and other material testing per INDOT and FHWA standards. Such as soil compaction, moisture content, aggregation, graduation, concrete slump, air entrainment, yield, preparation and testing of concrete test specimens, lines and grades surveys, bolt torques, asphalt sampling, coring test specimens, pavement smoothness measurements, flowable fill sample and strength testing.
